Studying the epidemic of isolation in Japan.
About one-third of the Japanese population considers themselves to be lonely. This video, which was created in 2012, predicted that by 2020, the popular living situation will be living alone. A restaurant owner in Japan was quoted as saying, "People aren't being anti-social. They are just compartmentalizing their lives." Now that it is 2020, this epidemic has become the "norm".
